Miriam is an experienced family mediator with a legal background. Throughout her career she has been successful at finding collaborative solutions for parties in conflict and in avoiding costly court battles. She is passionate about helping couples to communicate effectively and assists them to reach their own informed agreements.
Miriam has worked as a solicitor at law firms in London and abroad and used to be a judge in Germany.
After years of seeing the negative effects that litigation can have on the people involved, Miriam decided to focus her career on helping others to solve conflict in a more collaborative and constructive way. She trained as a family mediator with the National Family Mediation organisation (NFM) and started her practice Mediation for Results.
Miriam is accredited and a member of the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and the Family Mediators Association (FMA). She also offers bilingual mediation in English/German. 
Miriam lives in south-west London with her husband and three children.
