FINANCIAL MEDIATION
Deciding how to share finances is crucial when family situations change and partners go their separate ways. Couples often need to find agreements regarding the family home, pensions, savings and other assets as well as maintenance payments and debts. We help you find solutions for all these financial aspects and can prepare the Open Financial Statement as well as the Memorandum of Understanding.
CHILD AND PARENTING MEDIATION
The children's welfare is of paramount importance when any relationship breaks down. Mediation can be very effective in helping parents work out where the children will live, how they will share their time between their parents and how parents will communicate. We are experienced in supporting productive negotiations to create Parenting Plans that work in the real world.
FEES
According to the National Audit office family breakdown cases which are resolved through professional mediation are settled cheaper and quicker than those that go to court. When facing the prospect of separation or other changes within the family structure, personal finances can come under extreme pressure. Our goal is to help and not hinder the process of change and we set our fees accordingly.

Joint meeting per person - online (90 min): £ 150
Joint Meeting per person - face to face (90min): £ 175
Parenting Plan per person: £ 50
